1) Limitation of Our Services Area.
We do not work for some area they are:
HYIP, Any type of interest based site like HYIP, Sex, Nudity, Casino, Gambling, Bet, Illegal site by Govt., Religious attack, Personal attack site.
Any site which contain any (sexy, nudity, curse or anything which is very odd look and normal people can't control himself by seeing those content ex. rotten human body, shocking killing).
2) Payment System.
Payment for desiging services must be processed 50% advance (upfront) and 50% after design show and before integration.
Payment for coding services must be processed 100% advance (upfront).
Payment for data entry must be processed 100% advance (upfront), in this case payment may be every 6 / 12 / 24 hours or weekly basis.
3) Payment Fees Charged.
No additional fees charged by us for Alertpay / Liberty Reserve / Skrill (Money Bookers) payments.
$5 USD additional fees charged by us for Credit Card payments each & every split of payment you made.
$15 USD additional fees charged by us for any Charge Back payments.
4) Refund Policy.
You may ask for 100% refund anytime if our services can't fulfill your required satisfaction more than 50%.
5) Product / Service Delivery Time.
Product generally takes instant to 24 hours time to handover but for any uncertain situation it may delay with proper notification.
Services generally takes 48 to 72 hours time to handover but it may delay for several reason (Uncertain situation, huge work load, big project).
6) Resources We Used.
All resources we using in design / template / banners like icon, logo, images are made by us or free on net. We must not use stolen resources according to our knowledge, in any cases if you see we did mistakenly used any stolen resources please it will be appreciable if you inform us about it.
7) Life Time Support.
We offer 7 days free support after work handover for any minor modification up to our services, but for major modification support may be a bit of charges. After 7 days of work handover, support must be for life time based on service holder's need with little charges.
